Its attorneys have served as bond counsel, co-bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, issuer’s counsel, disclosure counsel, special counsel, borrower’s counsel, legislative counsel, and credit enhancer’s counsel—experience encoded into how the platform sequences, reviews, and confirms every step of the closing. The Elements Flow and The Elements Law Firm are separate and distinct entities with separate ownership, governance, and professional responsibilities.

It provides a transaction calendar with audio and visual “flow signals” that alert users to upcoming transaction-critical milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and unresolved items.
