Opens the transaction with reconciled borrower, issuer, lender, and counterparty data and the controlling term sheet on the same screen, so the team starts from a single source of truth.

Holds the human-supervised review layer of the platform—the space in which licensed attorneys affirm, modify, and approve the work of the AI before any output becomes part of the deal record.
