For each of the five frontier projects, The Elements Group will seek to secure the support of three strategic partners currently aligned with The Elements Group. For The Breathing City Project, for example, the Group’s vision-driven prospective partners include JPMorganChase, Roku, and Sprout Social. The same three-partner commitment will extend across the Engagement, Connection, Business, and Humanity frontiers, with each partnership selected to strengthen the project’s alignment and long-term impact.
To finance this work, The Elements Group is pioneering the issuance of groundbreaking and innovative “frontier” conduit bonds—a new class of mission‑aligned capital raised to fund the five frontier projects. By channeling conduit financing toward responsible, AI‑powered initiatives that serve real communities and the natural environment, these frontier bonds connect investors directly to the future being built—vision, engagement, connection, business, and humanity—ensuring that each project advances with the resources, discipline, and accountability its long‑arc mission requires.
